Life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. I specialize in working with children (ages 3+) and their families as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. I work with parents and couples to strengthen their relationships through improved communication and deeper self-awareness. In addition, I support adults healing from trauma and complex PTSD. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you can gain insight, build meaningful connections, and experience lasting positive change in your life.

My approach is grounded in neuroscience and Interpersonal Neurobiology, integrating evidence-based therapies tailored to your needs. I hold degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Human and Child Development, along with a post-graduate certificate in Child and Play Therapy. I am trained in AutPlay Therapy® (play therapy for Autistic children), Sandtray Therapy for children and adults, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
